The Junior (Tristar) section of Frome Triathlon Club encourages fun and game based learning and exercise with a focus on Triathlon. We currently run a weekly session on Sundays between 3pm and 5pm at Frome College (Bike & Run) and Frome Sports and Leisure Centre (Swim). This consists of swim, bike, run and transition skills.The session is suitable for beginners to experienced junior athletes between 8 and 14yrs old. Children should be able to swim 25m front crawl comfortably and be able to repeat this after a short recovery. You are welcome to join us for a free trial week.
